Do you have trouble focusing your mind? Do you look for any reason not to write?

When you find that your mind is clouded with the day’s news and chores and children and — you get the picture – sit with a pencil and a pad of paper and jot down any and every word that spills forth.

Doodle if you like, but keep writing, keep listing, keep striving for words that will tether your heart and soul to the page.

You never know where the exercise will take you and which words will spark inspiration.
