Need a boost? Consider writing in your dreams

If I fall asleep with a pen in my hand, don’t remove it — I might be writing in my dreams.

Ah, so true!

How many times have I fallen asleep with a book steepled over my chest or my notebook and pencil nearby awaiting my return?

Are you ready to capture the stuff of your dreams– whether bizarre or brilliant – and commit them to the page?

Need a lift? Sweet dreams can spark inspired writing

Don’t forget to mine your dreams, no matter how scattered, incomplete or elusive, for ideas and inspiration.

They may hold the key to your writer’s block, solve your heroine’s dilemma or help you write your way out of a corner.

Take a few moments to recall last night’s dreams.

Jot down some notes on how you felt, the images that were most prominent and what was most confusing, deflating or exhilarating about the experience.
